I used to always worry about the appearance of the back of my head as there were bold spots around the donor area from a hair transplant four years ago. I always thought people were starring at that area which made me quite anxious. Tony mentioned to me during a cut that they had a new non-surgical treatment – scalp micro-pigmentation for people like me. I immediately booked a time with Tony & Lisa for a pre-treatment consultation which was complimentary. They’re sound knowledge about the treatment and caring personality didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. There was minimal pain during the treatment and no anaesthetics was required. There was also no bleeding after the treatment either. Due to my time constrains my treatment was completed over three sessions. I am really glad that Lisa was very flexible with time. During the sessions Lisa was very professional and caring and she always made sure I didn’t have any discomfort. The price is very fair. Most importantly I am extremely happy with the result! I can’t thank Tony & Lisa enough for delivering such an awesome treatment and boosting my confidence about my appearances. highly recommend!!!

  Recently had smp done after stumbling across Smp north Adelaide I decided to go in for a consultation to see what could be done with my receding hairline and hair thinning in places and am I glad I did! Lisa was fantastic sat down with me and explained how the process works and assured me we could fix it and that she did!   I can not rate SMP North Adelaide highly enough. Lisa and the team are exemplary in their professionalism, technical knowledge, customer centred approach and customer care, before, during and after the procedure.

My thinning hair was a constant concern, I was contemplating hair transplant and all manner of remedies. However, from my first discussion with Tony , the first consult with Lisa, I knew this was the ideal and best solution for me. Lisa provided me with a very clear understanding of the outcome I would achieve and did so on a manner that I had total confidence in placing myself in her care.

The process was painless, it was like having the most amazing massage. It was very relaxing and the ambience they provided was comfortable , extremely hygienic and an optimal clinical setting.

I have finished the procedure now and I am ecstatic with result. The transparency of thin hair has gone and I feel my hair looked as it did 10 years ago.

The cost, compared to other options was minimal, which also made it an attractive option and they will ensure a further 12 months touch up if required.

  Im extremely happy with my results from SMP North Adelaide. SMP is the perfect solution for thinning hair where you can see through to the scalp and Lisa is very good at it. It is obvious that Lisa takes pride in her work and delivers on expectations. I was using the powder hair fibres to disguise my thinning hair and now I don’t need to. Lisa and the team are so professional, helpful and friendly so visiting this shop is an absolute pleasure. I also had a hair cut before each treatment which was a great experience, all 3 barbers are top notch and great guys. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone with thinning hair or bald men wanting the appearance of full hairline shaved look.
